15 Paleo Labor Day Menu Recipes

Labor Day is a holiday to acknowledge the American Labor Movement and is dedicated to those of us working the grind everyday. You may or may not know that in addition to my devotion to this blog I work a full time job during the day. It’s your typical 9 to 5 sit-at-your-desk-all-day type of gig. My job is really great, but I am planning to take full advantage of this holiday. I’ll be clinging on to summer for dear life.

So you’ve been invited to a Labor Day picnic. Or maybe you’re hosting a get-together this holiday weekend. You need to please your guests but you also want to be able to eat the food. Sure everyone loves a good American hot dog at the end of summer, but let’s not serve the logs of processed who-knows-what-part-of-the-animal. Instead, make the menu clean with paleo summer food!

Here is a list of some of my favorite recipes for picnics and cookouts – perfect for capping off a wonderful summer! Enjoy.
