Thank You; Inside Scoop on

Ciao everyone!

Subcribers to are THE BEST EVER. Your support lifts me up daily. Today’s post was intended for the new year. After almost 5 months of interruptions I’m finally sharing the inside scoop with you all! was founded in January 2014 and grew rapidly thanks to you. My intention has been to share my success story with paleo in hopes to inspire others with ulcerative colitis. The diet, along with other holistic approaches and some medication, has helped me manage my severe ulcerative colitis symptoms. Sharing my recipes and Inflammatory Bowel Disease information with you means we’re one step closer to seeing a world more educated about Crohns and colitis. I advocate for YOU! In addition to my full-time job, this website has kept me pretty busy. I also maintain popular Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts where I have met most of you. The social media network of IBDers is AMAZING. Join us for recipe sharing, symptom management tips, motivation/inspiration, and general complaining about our disease. LOL!

If you don’t follow on other forms of social media here is what you made have missed…

Landing a cookbook deal is extremely difficult but my agent and I are continuing to pursue this option. My main goal is to continue to raise awareness for IBD and help those with the disease. You will probably see more from me in that aspect too.

Want to see more advances to Mangia Paleo? Your support and feedback are appreciated. I’m interested in what you’d like to see.
